Career highlights:
Arnoud Middel joined Straumann Group from the Siegfried Group, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Team. Over the past 12 years, he supported the company's strong and dynamic growth and transformation from an HR perspective and was instrumental in building and developing a strong global HR practice. Before joining Siegfried, he held senior HR positions at Syngenta, XL Insurance and Baloise Insurance.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in biology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
