The Procurement function recently launched two new digital platforms, which will fundamentally change the way we work and communicate with our suppliers:

  • A Supplier portal and a Source to Contract (S2C) cloud-based solution, provided by GEP Smart
  • A digital platform to collect sustainability data to ensure compliance from all our suppliers, provided by IntegrityNext

These digital platforms include a supplier portal in addition to dedicated modules allowing us to collaborate with suppliers, when performing activities such as supplier relationship management, sourcing and contracting.

We are committed to implementing a sustainable procurement framework, policy and best procurement practices as we continually improve the way we work with our valued suppliers.

  • Upload certifications and keep documentation up to date
  • US, EU and other national laws requires both Straumann Group and you as our supplier to monitor and document compliance to sustainability

Suppliers must be set up on GEP Smart and complete sustainability self-assessments from IntegrityNext in order to do business with Straumann Group.

How do I register for GEP Smart?

Your Straumann Group Supplier Manager will create your profile in the system and trigger the registration form. Complete the supplier registration form received via email.

How do I log-in?

You can access GEP Smart by clicking this link and adding your credentials.

How long does it take to register with GEP Smart?

It should take no more than five minutes to register all your supplier information.

How much does it cost to join and use?

GEP Smart is completely free to register and use.

I have a small company, do I still need to use GEP Smart?

Yes, all suppliers that do business with Straumann must be registered on GEP Smart.

I already use GEP Smart for other customers do I need to register again?

No, you do not need to register again.

What do I do if I forget the user name or password of my account?

Click on ‘Forgot Username?’ or ‘Forgot Password?’ and follow the indicated steps. You can also write an email to support@gep.com.

Can I add multiple users to my GEP Smart account?

Yes, you can maintain your users in the Contact Information section of your Supplier Profile.

Do I need to register with Docusign to sign a contract?

Yes, you need to register with DocuSign in order to sign a contract with Straumann. DocuSign is completely free for suppliers. To sign up, register here.

What training is provided for GEP Smart?

Training manuals, quick reference guides and training videos are all available on the supplier portal.

How do I register for IntegrityNext?

Click on the registration link in the invitation email that you have received from Straumann Group, enter your email, create a password, agree to T&Cs. Check your mailbox for the confirmation email from IntegrityNext to complete your registration

How long does it take to register with IntegrityNext?

The self-assessments should take no more than one hour to complete

I am not the person in charge of this assessment, what do I do?
