Clinical Case

Guided surgery for immediate implant placement in the anterior zone after the fracture of a conventional bridge

Three apically tapered Straumann® TLC® implants (∅ 4.5 mm x 12 mm) SLActive® Roxolid® were used. Ini- tially, a temporary denture was utilized. Subsequently, a provisional PMMA milled bridge was used for soft tissue modeling. Finally, a monolithic zirconia screw-retained bridge was fabricated on Variobase abutments
