Clinical situation

• Agenesis of the upper right lateral incisor.;
• Flapless placement of one Alvim implant (3.5x16mm) in a healed site of a lateral incisor under Immediate loading (placement torque: 50N.cm);

Restorative solution

• Temporary: Universal abutments of 3.3x4.0x3.5mm and acrylic temporary crown;
• Final: Ceramic crowns with Digital Neodent zirconium coping 60 days after surgery;
