Taxis are available at the airport and can also be booked in advance:

By public transportation:
Bus no. 50 brings you to the railway station from where it is only a 2-minute walk to the hotel. Your hotel booking confirmation includes free public transportation on the day of arrival and departure.
How to reach your accommodation from Zurich Airport
By train:
It takes you approx. 1h30 from Zurich Airport to Basel. Trains depart every 30 minutes. You can purchase your ticket online: Connection | SBB.
From SBB railway station in Basel, the hotel is only a 2-minute walk.
How to reach Straumann HQ from your hotel
It takes approximately 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to Straumann HQ. If you prefer to take the public transportation, tram nos. 10 and 11 depart regularly right next to the hotel; it is only one stop (Peter-Merian) to the headquarters.
What to see in Basel
Basel, the city of museums, is home to almost 40 museums, including the Foundation Beyeler, Kunstmuseum (art museum), Museum Tinguely. With a wide selection of museums within close proximity, there is plenty to see.
Regarded as the cultural capital of Switzerland, Basel is made to to be discovered: go for a stroll in the Old Town, enjoy a coffee break at one of the many historical cafés, or go shopping around Marktplatz (market square) and Barfüsserplatz.
