Digital workflow for immediacy

Elevate your practice with immediate protocols backed by a seamless digital workflow.

Why Immediacy?

Patients want shorter treatment times.
Patients' increasing demand for shorter treatment durations, along with the growing evidence for predictable success1 – 6 and the positive effects on productivity and growth, have made immediate treatment protocols a popular choice in implant dentistry.

Straumann® Roxolid®

More than solid – Roxolid. Reducing invasiveness.

Roxolid® is a high-performance alloy composed of 15 % zirconium and 85 % titanium, specifically designed by Straumann for use in implant dentistry. It features high tensile strength and excellent osseointegration capabilities, making it the material of choice for reduced invasiveness. Its properties allow for greater confidence and more treatment options through the placement of reduced diameter and shorter implants, especially in cases where bone augmentation can be avoided.

Straumann® BLX and TLX

1 surgical protocol with 2 immediate treatment options.

Straumann® BLX and TLX have been designed to make immediate protocols achievable, predictable and minimally invasive in all bone types.

Both systems share the same endosteal design, drill set and drilling protocol. They both enable reduced invasiveness thanks to Ø 3.75mm implants suitable for all teeth positions and thanks to short implants. They are also fully integrated in digital workflows.

BLX:
Simple yet versatile portfolio with under-contoured prosthetics for excellent soft-tissue management

TLX:
Peri-implant health: no microgap at bone level, immediate soft-tissue attachment preservation

You can be confident with Straumann® ImmediaXy™

Based on the available clinical evidence, the latest ITI Consensus now endorses immediacy (Type 1a protocol), even in aesthetically demanding zones, such as the anterior maxilla*.
