Course registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Confirmation of participation in the course will only be given after receipt of the written registration. The minimum number of participants must be reached.
Payment after receipt of the invoice to the account of our house bank or by credit card in CHF, through a Swiss bank.
The invoice amount is to be paid purely net and without any cash discount deduction (free of charge for the recipient).
The course fee includes VAT.
For cancellations received by 2020-07-31, the course fee less a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be refunded.
For cancellations at a later date or non-appearance, the total course fee of CHF 6,200.00 is due. Cancellation must always be in writing. However, a substitute participant may be named or a claim made for the documents provided during the course.
Institut Straumann AG reserves the right to cancel the event until 2020-07-31. In this case, no claims for damages can be asserted. The course fee will be refunded after announcement of the cancellation.
