Dear valued customers,

We would like to take the opportunity to update you on the plans we have put in place to mitigate risks to both yourself and your patients. We are also looking at how we can best support your business during the expected disruption during the coming weeks or months.

Our primary focus is the safety of you, your practice, patients and our staff. We are following the guidance from the UK Government closely and have already taken the following steps: 

Our UK based Customer Services team are set-up for homeworking. Therefore, the ordering of your products should not be affected, and you can continue to place orders as normal. Alternatively, you can register for an e-shop account, with all Straumann Group products now available for order online 24/7. Over 50% of customer orders are completed using the e-shop already. To register for an account, please visit:  www.straumann-uk.co/eshop. You can also call Straumann Group Customer Services on 01293 651230 if you need support with creating an account.

Our UK based logistics facility will continue to operate, unless advised not to by the UK Government. We have contingency plans in place to ensure continuity.

Your Straumann Group Territory Manager remains available to support you and your team. All of our team are set-up to work remotely should they not be able to continue visiting your practice. If you do not have the number of your local Territory Manager, please call 01293 651230. If you have any support requirements and have any suggestions of how we can support you and your team during the coming weeks, please do not hesitate to contact your Territory Manager.

All Straumann Group products are manufactured in either Switzerland (Straumann), Brazil (Neodent), France (Anthogyr), Spain (Createch), Germany (Botiss/Medentika) and USA (Clear Correct) with 95% of our products coming direct from our Head Office in Basel, Switzerland.

Finally, as an additional action to support you, Straumann Group will extend our returns policy to 90 days, rather than the usual 60 days, for any orders placed between 13th March - 30th June 2020
