The world is facing an unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 (corona virus). The economic and social consequences of the corona virus affect us all deeply. We would like to remain your partner in dental care under these difficult circumstances. Through this website we would like to update you on our response to COVID-19. 

Safety and Health
The safety and health of you, your staf and our employees is our top priority. It has therefore been decided that our Account Managers will not visit hospitals until further notice. If you still want to receive a Straumann representative in case of critical support, we ask you to contact your Account Manager to coordinate this. For visits to dental practices and dental laboratories, our Account Manager will contact you in advance to determine whether the appointment that has been made can still be maintained. As an alternative to a visit, we are happy to discuss this with you by telephone or Skype.

Customer Service
Our Customer Services remains accessible. The waiting time to reach our employees may be longer than usual. For this we ask for your understanding. We would also like to point out the possibility to use our e-shop: www.straumann.be/eshop with all Straumann Group products available 24/7. If you have not yet created an e-shop account, you can contact our Customer Service (T +32 (0)2 790 10 00) or your Account Manager. 

Production & Deliveries
Our factories currently have sufficient capacity to meet demand. If anything changes, we will inform you immediately. If you experience delivery problems in any other areas, we would be happy to think along with you about offering any alternatives.

Training & Events
All Straumann training and other events scheduled until the end of May have been canceled or suspended. Pending the further developments regarding the Corona virus, we will come back to you to offer alternative dates. This measure also means that our Straumann employees will not participate in any activities organized by other organizations.

Under the circumstances we will do everything we can to keep our service as you expect from us. We hope that all measures introduced in the Benelux will help to get this virus under control.
