The maxillary tuber region has always been considered inadequate for anchoring osseointegrated implants unless a maxillary sinus lift is performed. The aim of these cases report was to propose a new concept in the rehabilitation of this area, with tilted implants, tangent to the distal wall of the maxillary sinus, which received immediate loading.
