Please do make your flight reservations according to and from Larnaca International Airport based on the information below:
Arrival Date: Thursday, 30th May 2024
Event Days: 31st May 2024 & 1st June 2024 until 5.30 pm local time
Departure Date: 1st June 2024 (post 7pm local time) or 2nd June 2024.
Room nights for 30th May 2024, 31st May 2024 and 1st June 2024 will be covered by us. Therefore, please do inform us of your arrival and departure dates to communicate with the hotel.
If you decide to extend your stay, then please liaise with the Hotel directly at sales@grecianhotels.com and please mention that you are a part of the ELEVATE Symposium. Further, there would be a per night supplementary charge for Double Occupancy and Triple Occupancy rooms as below:
- Stay extension (single occupancy): €165 (VAT incl.) per night
- Double Occupancy: extra €20 (VAT Incl.) per night
- Triple Occupancy: extra €70 (VAT incl.) per night

How to get there?
The closest airport is Larnaca International airport. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport and we recommend to please take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi should cost approximately €70 to €75.
