Digital Advocate - Software
· Proof of AXS account login must be shared with customerservice.au@straumann.com
· Proof of CDX account must be shared with customerservice.au@straumann.com.
· Proof of Smilecloud business account must be shared with Customer service.
Digital Advocate - Solutions
· To qualify for product usage volume, a minimum of per portfolio must be used for Medentika, Straumann, Neodent, Createch, Cares, N!ce, and Pro Resins::
· 10 units per portfolio must be used for Medentika, Straumann, Neodent, Createch, Cares, N!ce, and Pro Resins.
· 20 units for Digital Explorer.
· 50 units for Digital Navigator.
· 75+ units for all remaining tiers.
· To qualify for product ownership, proof of purchase of at least one Straumann Sirios or Straumann Printer is required. If two units are needed, they may be of the same model. Prosthetics component usage is only calculated based on abutments, analogs, scanbodies, tibases.
· Medentika discount is not redeemable on Straumann brand solutions (Straumann & Neodent), only 3rd party e.g. Nobel Biocare.
· Your current product usage is based on prior year to date. If you have progressed to a new tier based on usage you are required to enquire with customerservice.au@straumann.com to upgrade your discount level.
Digital Advocate - Promoter
· Proof of ITI membership must be shown to customer service team at customerservice.au@straumann.com.
· To be considered as a Straumann crown/implant bundle provider or Straumann guided partner, please reach out to your local Straumann solution specialist or marketing.au@straumann.com.
· Digital event, financial support is limited to $500 per event and is subject to prior application via marketing.au@straumann.com or through your local Straumann Solutions Specialist. Support is available only while annual Straumann funding for lab events remains. Once the total budget is exhausted, no further financial support will be provided.
Bonus
· Complementary implants and/or Createch can be used for new customers only. Please contact your Implant Solution Specialist or customerservice.au@straumann.com to redeem. Createch is redeemable on custom abutments only. Createch invoice must be shared with customer service team at customerservice.au@straumann.com to receive a credit on your account. A maximum of 2 implants can be redeemed per implant case. Complementary cases expire a year from beginning of your discount tier, movement between tiers does not accumulate further complementary cases on top of the sum already used. Discounts are not applicable with any other existing discount structure you may be receiving.
· Straumann SIRIOS Referral Code: To receive a credit for a customer purchasing a Straumann SIRIOS, ensure they use your referral code. Please request this from marketing.au@straumann.com.
· Recognition within an industry publication as a Diamond partner will be arranged periodically through the year. Please ensure high-resolution logo files are shared with Straumann.
· Excellence Awards will be presented upon application via marketing.au@straumann.com. Please submit your request for a Plaque and/or Window Cling.
· Content Creation should be coordinated on a mutually suitable date and will be done in collaboration on social media to feature your lab as an ultimate digitally enabled lab.
· Marketing support for digital assets at any event or trade show can be arranged by contacting marketing.au@straumann.com.
Tiers & Discounting
· Your tiered discount will take effect 5 working days from the date customer service is notified.
· Discount applies until 20th December 2025, after which period your discount returns to 0 until you have notified customer service in the following year.
· All benefits/discounts must be redeemed in the same year they have been awarded. They do not accumulate, and will be lost if not utilised.
· Your Tier can be upgraded at anytime upon notification to customer service.
· Discounts cannot be backdated.
· Lab customer refers to a singular listed dental lab. Discounts are applicable to labs only.
· Discount only applicable on the single nominated account number by the customer.
· This discount scheme only applies to direct purchases from the lab customer.
· Existing discounts are not applicable on top of discounts achieved within the scheme.
Other
· Straumann reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
· When you call Straumann to notify us about your eligibility, you consent to all the terms and conditions applicable to Straumann's discount scheme.
